How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your account settings and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
I'm locked out of my account
If you have a recovery code (generated when you created your account), you can use it to reset your PIN. If you've lost your recovery codes, use the account help page to request a new one from our admins.
How do I delete my account?
Use the account help page to submit a deletion request. We'll remove your username, email, and subscription record. There are no chat logs to delete — we never stored any.
Is my support message anonymous?
Yes. You can submit a support request without providing any contact information. If you want us to be able to reply, include an email address — but it's entirely optional.
