Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GPTAnon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GPTAnon provides access to multiple AI language models through a privacy-first interface. We act as an anonymising proxy between you and AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others via OpenRouter. We do not train AI models on your conversations and do not store chat content.

3. Free Tier

Anonymous users receive 3 free chat interactions per 24-hour period, tracked by IP address. Registered free accounts receive 10 chats per day with access to 3-model simultaneous comparison. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• • Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• • Circumvent rate limits through automation or multiple accounts
• • Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's output at scale for commercial purposes without a separate agreement

6. Intellectual Property

The GPTAnon platform, branding, and code are owned by GPTAnon / MeetMoji. AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the respective AI providers. You retain any rights you have in the prompts you submit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTAnon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the support form.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GPTAnon / MeetMoji is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
