Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GPTAnon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GPTAnon provides access to multiple AI language models through GPTAnon API routing and OpenRouter. For ordinary Chat, GPTAnon does not add conversations to a saved server-side chat history or attach them to your account. GPTAnon processes prompt content through its API and sends it to OpenRouter, which routes it to the selected AI provider/model. OpenRouter and that provider apply their own privacy policies. The selected provider and its privacy label are shown before you send. Provider terms can vary by endpoint and change over time.

3. Google sign-in and Workspace integrations

If you choose Continue with Google, GPTAnon requests only Google's basic OpenID Connect sign-in scopes: openid, profile, and email. Google shares a unique account identifier, email address, name, and profile photo when available. GPTAnon uses that information to create or sign you into your GPTAnon account, keep the account profile current, and support account recovery and service administration. Website Google sign-in does not request or grant GPTAnon access to Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google Workspace content.

If you separately authorize a GPTAnon Google Workspace integration, it accesses only the Google Workspace data required for the feature and shown in Google's consent screen. For a selected-text workflow, GPTAnon receives only the text you explicitly select and send from the supported Workspace document or presentation; it does not silently scan files, read unrelated documents, or access your Workspace account in the background. Selected Workspace text is processed through GPTAnon routing and may be sent to OpenRouter and the AI provider/model you choose to generate a response. OpenRouter and that provider apply their own privacy, retention, and training terms. GPTAnon does not add Workspace text to a saved server-side conversation history.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing GPTAnon feature you requested, maintain account security, comply with law, and provide support when needed. GPTAnon does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or personalized advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. You may revoke access through Google account permissions or the relevant Google Workspace administrator controls. GPTAnon is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google, and Google and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Free Tier

Anonymous users and registered free accounts receive a separate daily Free-usage allowance through the current wallet identity. Each model answer uses its configured internal usage cost. If one-time credit packs are offered, they are separate and do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• •Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• •Circumvent rate limits through automation or multiple accounts
• •Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• •Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's output at scale for commercial purposes without a separate agreement
• •Use Google account or Workspace data without the required authorization, or attempt to access data outside the permissions shown to you

7. Intellectual Property and branding

The GPTAnon platform, GPTAnon branding, and code are owned by GPTAnon / MeetMoji. Google and Google Workspace names, logos, and marks belong to Google LLC; GPTAnon does not claim ownership of them or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the respective AI providers. You retain any rights you have in the prompts and Workspace text you submit, subject to rights held by others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTAnon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the support form.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GPTAnon / MeetMoji is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
