If it's anonymous, how do you stop abuse?
Rate limiting by session token. We can throttle misuse without knowing who you are. Anonymous doesn't mean unguarded.
Can GPTAnon see what I'm asking?
Architecturally, no. Your queries are anonymized before they pass through our infrastructure. We'd have to rebuild the product from scratch to spy on you.
Does anonymous mean the AI quality is lower?
Not at all. You're accessing the exact same model APIs that power direct subscriptions. The anonymization happens in how requests are routed, not in the model itself.
What about web search? Is that anonymous too?
Yes. GPTAnon uses MIT Tiptoe-powered private information retrieval for web search, so even searches can't be tied back to you.
